What we collect
Details you give us in forms, accounts and project hubs (name, email, business details, project files), plus basic technical data needed to run the site securely.
Why we use it
To respond to enquiries, prepare proposals, deliver projects, process payments through our payment providers and — only if you opt in — send occasional marketing emails.
Consent & your rights
We record your consent when you submit a form. You can request a copy of your data, correction or deletion at any time from your portal or by emailing sales@etrolly.design. We follow POPIA principles and consider GDPR where applicable.
Sharing
We never sell your data. We use trusted processors (hosting, email delivery, payment gateways) only to provide our services. Card details are handled by the payment gateway, never stored by us.
Retention & security
We keep data only as long as needed for the purposes above or legal obligations, use encryption in transit, role-based access and audit logs.
