Client hubs use authenticated accounts with role-based access. Clients only see their own organisation's records.

Project files are stored in managed object storage with access checks on every request.

Payments run through established South African gateways. We never store card details.

We don't publish fake reviews, invented statistics or unverified claims. Products in development are labelled as such.

Key actions (proposal changes, approvals, profile edits) are recorded in an internal audit log.
