Proposals & scope
Work is defined by a written proposal you accept. Changes outside scope are handled through change requests and may be quoted separately.
Payments
Amounts are in ZAR unless stated. Deposits and milestone payments are due as set out in your proposal. Payments are processed by third-party gateways.
Revisions
Each proposal states the included revision rounds. Additional revisions may be billed at the rate stated in your proposal.
Indicative pricing
Prices on this website are indicative and not binding offers until confirmed in a proposal.
Liability
We work to high standards but cannot guarantee specific rankings, sales or uninterrupted third-party services.
